Though our wine club, we offer personalized wine selections shipped in 12-packs and delivered to your home or office every other month. You fill out a questionnaire about your wine preferences and we take care of the rest. Each shipment is customized to you!
The Curated Club
Access to hard-to-find wines from small producers around the world. How many times has a Tuesday evening rolled around and you are looking for something different to try? Or you like to entertain at home with friends that are knowledgeable about wine and would like to open something fun and exciting? Maybe you just want someone to select wines for you that knows your style. Each case is customized to suit your tastes. Each bottle has a personalized tag that tells you about the wine and the producer. This is a 12 bottles shipment that goes out quarterly. Half of the bottles are between $20 to $45 a bottle and half of the bottles are between $50 to $80 a bottle. This is the perfect mix for entertaining and enjoying fantastic wine any day of the week!

Are you looking to start a collection? Put away a special bottle for a birth or anniversary? We will contact you and discuss your favorite varietals, kinds of wines you are looking for and curate a shipment based on your unique preferences. This is the opportunity to experience exceptional, rare, and often limited-production wines from around the globe. Each bottle has a personalized tag that tells you about the wine and the producer. These shipments are sent out twice a year and based on your budget and preference.

Can I change the type of wines in my club shipment?
Yes! You may change your wine club shipment type by contacting us at info@bayareawinecompany.com

Can I order additional bottles of a wine I liked that I received in one of my wine club shipments?
Yes! Please email us at info@bayareawinecompany.com to place a reorder for additional bottles of wines you received in your monthly shipments. We are currently working on an app where you will be able to reorder from your phone! More on this to come!

Does someone need to be home to sign for my or my gift recipient's wine club packages?
Yes, the delivery carrier will require a signature from someone 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine club packages, we suggest having your wine club shipments sent to an office address where someone 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the packages. The delivery carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver the package and then will return the package to us.

How do I renew or extend my wine club membership once it expires?
At Bay Area Wine Company, your membership doesn’t expire! We will continue to deliver outstanding wines to your door as long as you want! You can cancel anytime (but we hope you are so delighted with our selections you never want to cancel).

When I purchase a wine club gift, is the gift recipient informed via email or phone or is the gift kept a surprise?
No, we will not contact your wine club gift recipient via email or phone prior to the arrival of their first shipment, so the wine club gift will be kept a surprise. We request that you provide your gift recipient's email address as we send all of our members, including wine club gift recipients, monthly emails that contain tracking information for each shipment. We request that you provide your gift recipient's phone number in the event that the delivery carrier needs to contact the recipient about their package delivery.

What if I’m not home and I miss my shipment?
Our shipping company will make three attempts to deliver your wine before it is sent back to us. We highly suggest shipping your wine to an office as someone who is over the age of 21 has to sign for the wine.
If you were unavailable to accept your shipment and it is returned to us we offer two options:
- We can re-ship your wine for an additional shipping charge.
- We can hold your returned shipment and re-ship as a case with your next shipment at no additional charge.
*If your wine is damaged due to being returned during a heat hold, you will be charged 75% of the original cost.
